Payment can be made via credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The goods usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 working days of receiving your order.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This will include a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can track the current status of your shipment at any time.

Technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS) are available for download for each product. These contain detailed information on application, properties, and safety. You can find the technical data sheets and safety data sheets on the product detail page in the download section for each product, as well as in our Download-Center.
Yes. On our YouTube channel “WEICONinternational“ you’ll find numerous application videos that provide step-by-step instructions on how to use our products correctly and what to keep in mind during preparation.

Returns and Refunds
• For returns, please first fill out the return form in its entirety.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The merchandise must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.
Once we receive the return, it will be inspected. Provided all conditions are met, the purchase price will be refunded.
No. For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have had their seals broken. In such cases, no refund can be issued.

If a product was delivered damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact our customer service.
• Please provide your order number and, if possible, include clear photos.
• Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Depending on the outcome of the review, we will coordinate the next steps with you (e.g., replacement or refund).
