Description
WEICON Brushable Liquid Zinc Coating provides active protection against corrosion for all metallic surfaces and is available in a colour shade matching galvanization. In the case of WEICON Brushable Liquid Zinc Coating, flaky metal pigments (flakes) settle parallel to the surface in several, spatially displaced layers on the substrate (shingle effect). That way, even when the layer thickness is low, high corrosion protection is achieved. Thus, it meets the requirements stated in the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. This protects the surface longer from penetrating moisture. Optimal corrosion protection is achieved through the simultaneous electro-chemical effect.
