Description
WEICON Anti-Spatter is a release emulsion for high-temperature welding processes. It prevents welding spatter from adhering and burning onto surfaces during MIG/MAG welding as well as laser and plasma cutting. It protects welding nozzles, accessories, and workpiece surfaces, helping to achieve high-quality welding results. The quality of the weld seam remains unaffected. WEICON Anti-Spatter also provides effective temporary corrosion protection and works both wet and dry. Suitable for welding austenitic materials, steel, and various other metals. Applicable in vehicle construction, special machine engineering, steel construction, apparatus and plant engineering, shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing, and many other industrial sectors. WEICON Anti-Spatter is transparent, odourless, VOC-free, label-free, silicone-free, and solvent-free. After welding, the emulsion leaves no impact on subsequent galvanising or painting processes.
